Kudos to arresting officer in Elgin

I want to thank Officer Kuta of the Elgin Police Department for being an excellent cop. I was arrested on a warrant I had no knowledge of, and instead of him treating me like a criminal he treated me like an civilian. Thanks again for being one of the first cops I've encountered that did his job well. You deserve an award for your patience, kindness and for being a fine cop as well as person.
