Focus on facts to cast the right vote

Things I wanted to remind myself of for this election:

"Mission accomplished"!

"Bring it on"!

Lied to get into Iraq. Lied even to Colin Powell. Halliburton. Absurd profits for oil companies.

Am I better off today than 8 years ago? 4 years ago? 2003, unacceptable casualty levels.

"The Surge", returns skyrocketing casualty numbers to previously "unacceptable" numbers. Who "wins" in war? Our longest war ever, still inadequate electricity in much of Iraq. How about rebuilding the gulf coast? Play and ignite fear in the public. Use our patriotism against us. Think of that crooked, one sided, I'll do what I want smirk of the VP.
