Young Eagles Flight Rally: 9 a.m. to noon, May 31, Skill Aviation, 2346 West Beach Road, on the east side of Waukegan Airport. Experimental Aircraft Association Lake County Chapter 414 and Skill Aviation will give young people ages 8-17 free airplane rides. Each young person will receive a certificate making them an official Young Eagle, and their name will be entered into the "World's Largest Logbook."
