Business owners need public option

We are a family of five with a small home-based business in Buffalo Grove. We were notified by our health care coverage, Uni care of Illinois that they are no longer providing coverage with in our state.

We have also been notified that we have the option to go with Blue Cross Blue Shield however we have just three weeks to shop around and decide by December 1.

With my son and my pre-existing conditions, we really don't have much option other than to go with BCBS, which will be increasing our premium by more than $5,000 annually for the same coverage we have been receiving from Uni care. We were hoping before, but now we are praying for a public option.
