Building hosting buyers' seminar

Cambridge Homes is hosting a free home buyer open house from 10:30 a.m. to noon, Saturday, October 13, at the Cambridge Lakes community center in Pingree Grove. The event is open to the public.

Real estate professionals will discuss how buyers can effectively stage and sell their current homes and financing counselors will provide tips for increasing credit scores. Attendees will be able to have their credit scores checked, meet one-on-one with a finance counselor for a tailor designed loan program, and sign up for complimentary market analyses on their current homes. Breakfast and refreshments will be available.

The home buyer open house is designed for first-time buyers, as well seasoned buyers who may experience challenges selling their current homes. It's an opportunity for all types of potential buyers to have their questions answered at one place," said Paul F. Ivers, president of Cambridge Homes.

For reservations, call (847) 984-4883 by Oct 8. Availability is limited.

To visit the Cambridge Lakes community center, take I-90 to Route 47, south three miles to Route 72, east one mile to the Cambridge Lakes entrance on the right at Richard J. Brown Boulevard to Wester Avenue then left to the community center on the right.
