No decision in EEOC settlement conference

No decision: A settlement conference produced no resolution today in the 8-year-old Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sex-harassment case against Buffalo Grove-based International Profit Associates.

Members of the media were barred from the settlement conference at the Dirksen Courthouse in downtown Chicago, and attorneys on both sides were reluctant to discuss negotiations. Negotiations continue in the case, filed on behalf of more than 100 plaintiffs charging sex harassment at the business consulting firm. Otherwise, a June trial date has been set.
