Suburbs need more public transportation
Suburban public transportation is lacking a sufficient system. A public transportation system needs to be created for all suburban areas so they can benefit from it as others do. There is not a form of public transportation in some towns and it prevents people from commuting to and from anywhere.
People that suffer the most are those that don't have means of transportation themselves. They suffer because it is a struggle to get to and from a job, and above all finding a job is just as hard with no form of public transportation, or any of their own.
Another problem that we face is the increase of traffic congestion in suburban areas over the years. If less people were driving their own cars it would make for less congestion.
Besides the employment factor and traffic congestion it would also be a resource for children to use. They wouldn't have to rely on their parents as much for rides and could be open to more opportunities. Such opportunities as after school programs, jobs, or just going out with friends.
It would make it easier on parents and themselves if there was a public transportation system that could take them from point a to point b with ease.
In order to implement a system like this there will need to be a lot of time and effort put into it. But the end result will benefit enough that it will have been worth it in the end to provide such a system for the public.
