2 residential burglaries in Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police are investigating a pair of burglaries that happened late last week.
A home on the 1700 block of E. Campbell Ave. was burglarized sometime between 9:45 and 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 4. Police said a rear door was forced open and the house ransacked. Sgt. Mike Kearney said a television, electronics, cash and jewelry were taken from the home.
A second home was burglarized between 3 and 5:45 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of N. Brighton Place. Kearney said the suspect also forced access through a rear door and ransacked the house, but it is unknown if the two incidences are related. A computer, television, cash and jewelry were taken.
