Money might not talk, but it definitely oinks
Show me a man who is willing to take $17 million from a company so that he can run the show, and I'll show you a pig.
Show me a company, no matter what size it is, that will pay the $17 million, and I'll show you a company with far too much money in its piggy bank.
If it weren't for the skilled people who build the cars there wouldn't be $17 million. What CEO should have to seek another job for that kind of money? I'm sure it would take quite a while, if he finds one at all.
I say get rid of the bum and find someone who'll do the job for starvation wages, say perhaps $5 million.
What this country doesn't need, is any more billionaires. What it does need, is someone with Ford's CEO's brain to run the country.
It's so tiring to hear the old cliche, money talks. If it does talk, it's because we let it talk.
Are the men and women with this kind of money doing anything to help our country do better getting through the day. The starving, the homeless, the jobless, those who can't afford medicine or proper health care. What do you think? Of course there are some that do. God Bless them.
