O'Hare terminal offers new video on customs
Passengers arriving at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport from overseas are being greeted by new 46-inch flat screen televisions which give tips on the U.S. customs process.
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol has placed eight flat screen televisions at passport inspection counters at O'Hare's Terminal 5.
The monitors loop three-minute videos with Spanish subtitles on how to fill out paper work as well as what to expect during the customs process.
CBP officials say they've noticed that the lines for customs have sped up since the screens were installed last month because people are better informed.
