E-verify would solve problem

The U. S. Supreme Court ruled recently that an illegal immigrant who did not know he had a false Social Security number cannot be prosecuted for identity theft and be deported. The courts left it up to the companies to verify Social Security numbers. Sen. Durbin and President Obama did not fund the only source for employers to verify Social Security numbers: the e-verify program. Durbin and Obama have just opened the borders to every illegal immigrant who can make it over or under the fence because businesses cannot do what the Supreme Court told them to do, verify Social Security numbers.
