Diamond Lake Road in Mundelein to close at railroad crossing for repairs

The Canadian National Railway will be closing the railroad crossing on North Diamond Lake Road, north of Route 60/83 in Mundelein, for crossing repairs beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9.

North Diamond Lake Road should reopen to through traffic during the late afternoon on Friday, Nov 13.

Construction schedules are subject to change and inclement weather or other unforeseen conditions may affect the timing of the work.
