Biased media ignores truths about Trump policies

How many American voters know anything about President Trump other than the editorially slanted “news” stories which are usually very negative? I did some research to find some of what he has accomplished the last two years. First off, did you know that the average Illinois tax payer will save approximately $2,425 per year in income thanks to President Trump’s tax cuts? Here are just a few of the other things he has accomplished.

Manufacturing projects worth $382 billion have been launched in part through his imposition of tariffs. On Oct. 6, he launched construction of the largest shipyard in the U.S. since World War II and American taxpayers will own a 40% stake in it. He stood with Israel and negotiated an end to the conflict in Gaza resulting in the release of the remaining hostages and the remains of those who died in captivity. He acted to ensure that Iran will never develop a nuclear weapon and brokered other peace deals around the world.

He reinstated service members discharged from the military due to their objections to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. He ensured that the Big Beautiful Bill defunded abortion providers such as Planned Parenthood. He restored Title X funding the Biden administration had stripped from states which have Pro-Life policies

Trump accounts put 70 million kids on the path to financial freedom. In one week alone, he secured major manufacturing investments amounting to $31 billion.

He issued an executive order ending the weaponization of the federal government against all Americans including people of faith.

I have many more I could name but I don’t think the paper would print anymore. Ask yourselves why have these things not been reported in our mainstream media. The bias is pretty obvious — the news is supposed to present the facts. Editorials belong on the Opinion page.
