DSA is worse than Trump

Avowed leftist Susan Estrich, in her typical way, called out Republicans (in particular, President Donald Trump) for their “dangerous” rhetoric. I am a conservative, but there’s no defending many of Trump’s comments. He’s a narcissist of historic proportions. And while his administration has done many good things, his boorish comments and persona only serve to drive potential supporters away. And you would think he would understand this situation instead of piling on with ridiculous comments such as the ones about California cities.

The side of the coin that Estrich misses is her party’s “big tent” concept, where all ideas and proposals are welcomed. Talk about dangerous rhetoric. If the Democratic Party doesn’t vigorously and openly reject the Democratic Socialists of America's platform, the result will be social and economic disasters that will make Trump’s comments look like playground banter.
