Bartlett’s Living Lord Church to host community blood drive Oct. 10 in memory of Michelle Kish

On Saturday, Oct. 10, Living Lord Lutheran Church in Bartlett will host a community blood drive in loving memory of a cherished member of the congregation, Michelle Kish. The blood drive will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church, 1044 Congress Drive. It is open to the entire community.

Participants are invited to register in advance, but walk-ins are also welcome. Visit donateblood.versiti.org to learn all the details and register. Donors are encouraged to eat a healthy meal, avoid caffeine, and drink plenty of water before donating. Donors must have a photo ID to participate.

“This meaningful event is a beautiful way for our congregation and community to come together and give the gift of life,” said the Rev. Kristian Johnson, Living Lord’s pastor.
