Food, music and more at Growing Healthy Veterans’ Harvest Fest

Growing Healthy Veterans is hosting Harvest Fest from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Rosalind Franklin University Health Clinics & Healing Garden, 3471 N. Green Bay Road, North Chicago.

The event will feature family-friendly activities, free food and garden-grown produce, music by the all-veteran band Broken Pieces, and free flu vaccinations from the Rosalind Franklin care coach.
