When will we have had enough?

Even though it's illegal, or at least contingent on congressional approval, President Trump is promising $5,000 to every American if Republicans win the midterms. How many more lies will it take to “turn the stomachs” of rational Americans until he's either impeached or removed by constitutional rule?
