Things to remember about tollway

Something that a lot of people may have forgotten over time: The last time the Tollway raised tolls to the tune of $10 billion I believe for what they called “upgrades” what was the money spent on? The installation of toll booths at almost every entrance and exit ramp. So now they will really have us coming and going.
