Powerful line of storms leads to tornado warnings, power outages

A powerful line of storms blew through the suburbs Tuesday morning, leading to multiple tornado warnings and leaving thousands of people without power.
The suburbs remain under a severe thunderstorm watch until 2 p.m. today.
More than 287,000 ComEd customers are without power, according to the ComEd power outage map.
Ground stops were issued at both O’Hare and Midway airports earlier this morning.
