Stop the dictator this November

Keith Raffel's column, “Time to break Trump's anti-Midas spell” (Daily Herald 07/30/2026) was a scathing indictment of this administration's corruption, incompetency, immorality and cruelty.

In little more than 18 months in office Trump has put the country and world at risk in numerous situations. All because he fancies himself to be an all-powerful and all-knowing dictator. He cares only about himself, his greedy family and corrupt cronies.

Raffel's closing sentence says it all, “It's up to us Americans to break Trump's spell.” The way to start is to vote the GOP out of office this November 3.
