Celebrity appointees not fit for government
So, now Jeanine Pirro, another Donald Trump appointee, drops the chargers of vandalism, a felony, against former Olympian David Hearn on Friday.
A rush job by Trump’s no-bid contractor Atlantic Industrial Coatings on the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool adds to the long list of Trump’s vanities.
Pirro, another former Fox News host, like Department of Defense (not War) Pete Hegseth, jumped to conclusions as she has done on several other cases that failed.
Being a former judge, Pirro, jumped to conclusions after Trump said it was vandals that damaged his costly renovation project. Pirro needed to make Trump a hero. Due process was not followed, and Pirro portrayed a high and mighty gotcha news conference. Surprised?
Trump, in his last two and one half years, will never learn that you need quality people to fill key government positions.
The current and possible new members of the cabinet are a far cry from previous cabinet members from other administrations.
Now, I am waiting for Trump to hire Sean Hannity, another Fox host for the next key cabinet post.
