Guenther up for contract extension, raise in Mundelein

The Mundelein village board will meet Monday night to consider extending Village Administrator Eric Guenther’s contract, among other issues.

Guenther has served in the role since 2020. He previously had been with the police department in numerous roles, including chief.

If a new contract is approved, Guenther’s base salary will be $261,276 a year, up 3% from $253,666.
