Chicago Executive Airport fully open Wednesday following plane mishap

Federal investigators on Wednesday continued looking into why an airplane left the pavement and got stuck after landing at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling the day before.

No one was hurt in the 5:30 p.m. mishap. The airport was closed to all air traffic for more than an hour; it fully reopened about 10:15 p.m. Tuesday and remained open Wednesday.
