Chicago Dogs lose second straight game at Lake Country
The Chicago Dogs dropped the second game of their three-game series against the Lake Country Dockhounds 4-1 in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, on Saturday evening.
Jaxx Groshans scored first in the top of the first with a solo home run to give the Dogs a 1-0 lead. Jake Snider answered for Lake Country in the bottom of the second with an RBI triple that scored Mario Feliciano. Feliciano gave the Dockhounds a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the fourth with a solo home run.
Dogs starter rookie Dom Guzman was relieved by his fellow rookie Donny Tober after four innings. Guzman finished with four strikeouts and just two runs allowed on the evening.
