Christmas in July brings festive shopping fun to downtown Huntley July 18

Downtown Huntley will be filled with holiday cheer and summer shopping fun this Saturday as Shops on Main at Route 47 and Main Street hosts a Christmas in July shopping event from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Visitors are invited to enjoy a festive day of shopping at Shops on Main, featuring 10 unique local retailers offering boutique finds, gifts, treats, handmade goods, creative supplies, art, clothing, accessories, kitchen items, and more.

Shoppers can expect special deals, holiday shopping ideas, current-season finds, and plenty of reasons to shop local — whether they are getting a head start on the holidays or simply looking for something to enjoy now.

The Christmas in July fun continues downtown with the Huntley Farmers Market, also taking place Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Together, the Farmers Market and Shops on Main create a full day of shopping, exploring, and enjoying the downtown Huntley experience.

“Christmas in July is a great opportunity to bring people downtown, support local entrepreneurs, and showcase the unique shopping experience available in Huntley,” said Village President Tim Hoeft. “Whether visitors are shopping early for the holidays, looking for something special, or simply enjoying a summer day downtown, there is something fun to discover.”

Shops on Main

Participating shops: Bare Rags, chARM candy collection, DD Creations Studio, Huntley Art Hub Gallery, Paige Eighteen Boutique, Pots and Pies, Sew Mine, The Chef Shoppe, The Find — Vintage + Thrift, and Wild In Ink.

Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as on select special event dates, from May through December.
