Chicago Bears to hold special training camp session Aug. 10 at Stevenson High
Stevenson High School may be home of the Patriots, but the Lincolnshire campus will be all about the Bears when Chicago’s NFL franchise holds a training camp session there next month.
Free tickets for the Aug. 10 event will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10 a.m. Thursday via Ticketmaster. Interested fans can reserve up to four tickets.
Stevenson is on Route 22 west of Milwaukee Avenue. Gates will open at 10 a.m.; activities will start an hour later.
Football-related activities are scheduled, as is a visit by team mascot Staley Da Bear.
The practice is part of the annual “Varsity Bears” program. In past years, the Bears have trained at Vernon Hills High School, Warren Township High School in Gurnee and Prospect High School in Mount Prospect, among other suburban venues.
The Bears are set to begin their 2026 training camp with a public practice July 31 at Halas Hall in Lake Forest.
Tickets for training camp sessions are sold out, but additional tickets may become available. Sign up for text alerts at chicagobears.attn.tv/p/gny/landing-page.
