No injuries in Lake Villa shed fire Wednesday

There were no injuries reported after a shed fire on Wednesday in Lake Villa.

The blaze was reported by around 4 p.m. on the 36800 block of N. Corona Drive, according to Lake Villa Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Justin Biggs.

Responding crews found the shed on fire and were able to contain it within about 5 minutes.

The shed and a nearby fence and deck were damaged in the fire, but the home was not affected.
