Common sense missing

If Gov. Pritzker is that concerned about the budget, perhaps he should make significantly more veto actions to reduce the grants and other money given to all non-state agencies like the NAACP and the Chicago Bears organization. Did any of these legislators actually get approval from the public to spend so foolishly? I doubt it.

All proposed government funding to non-government agencies should be put on a ballot so the general public can authorize it. It seems our legislators lack common sense in this regard.
