Arlington Heights Nurses Club awards scholarships
The Arlington Heights Nurses Club announced seven outstanding nursing students as their 2026-27 scholarship recipients. They were honored at the May meeting and wished the very best as they pursue their educational endeavors. Current President Dale Ford thanked Pat Ahern, Cathy Donahue and Karlynn Cochrane for their work.
The scholarship recipients include:

The mission of the Arlington Heights Nurses Club is philanthropy, education and community. It has served Arlington Heights since 1938. In addition to scholarship awards the club also offers a lending closet located at the, 1801 W. Central Road, Arlington Heights. The closet is free to residents and provides durable medical equipment such as walkers, canes, wheelchairs, crutches and bathing equipment. The Nursing club has regular meetings which are open to any Arlington Heights and area nurses and are held at 10 a.m. the fourth Wednesday of the month at the Senior Center.
