Glen Ellyn church organizes garage sale to benefit Glen House Food Pantry

Are you looking to get rid of some of those items you may have in storage or no longer need?

Village Green Church in Glen Ellyn will be hosting a Community Garage Sale and Food Drive to support the Glen House Food Pantry in Glen Ellen.

The Community Garage Sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 27, on the south lawn of the church, 200 S. Lambert Road.

You can reserve a table to sell your wares by contacting the church at life@villagegreen.church and donate five canned or nonperishable items for the pantry. A hot dog lunch will be available for you to purchase as well.

If you are unable to attend the garage sale to drop off food or nonperishable items, the church will be having a food drive drop off every Saturday leading up to the garage sale between 9 a.m. and noon.
