Lombard police investigating suspected homicide near Yorktown

Lombard police are investigating a homicide that occurred overnight in a residential building in the Yorktown area, authorities said Sunday morning.

Preliminary information indicates the killing may have been a domestic-related event and there is no ongoing threat to public safety, village officials said.
