Poor maintenance

Arlington Heights had done a nice job with their outdoor dining. However, their parking garage is another story.

Recently we went downtown for dinners and a play on two different occasions. Both times the elevator was not working and the facility was filthy and could use a fresh coat of paint. Because it seems permit parking takes up most of the first three floors, visitors must park on the highest levels. It is an accident waiting to happen when a senior citizen must walk up and down four flights of concrete stairs.
