Expect occasional Palatine Road closures at Route 53

Occasional nighttime closures of Palatine Road near the Palatine-Arlington Heights border will take place through Saturday, June 6.

The closures are part of the Illinois Department of Transportation’s ongoing Route 53 Improvements. Palatine Road under Route 53 will be fully closed for 15-minute intervals intermittently during nighttime hours for beam placement.
