Charity chili cook-off set for May 30 in Wheeling

Two Wheeling nonprofit groups will hold a chili cook-off for charity on Saturday, May 30.

The event is set to run from 3:30 to 6 p.m. at the police station, 1 Community Blvd. It’s sponsored by the Wheeling Police Unity Foundation and Wheeling Helping Hands.

Admission is $20 and includes samples of all the contestants’ creations.

Proceeds will benefit charities supported by the Wheeling Police Department.
