Fox River Arts Ramble features eight art locations in St. Charles and Geneva
The Fox River Arts Ramble on June 6 is a one-day, self-guided art tour featuring eight locations in St. Charles and Geneva, including galleries, artists’ studios, and art organizations.
St. Charles
• Fine Line Creative Arts Center, 37W570 Bolcum Road
The Fine Line Creative Arts Center will host an artisan market featuring over 30 artist tent spaces, where local artists will sell a range of artwork, including pottery, paintings, jewelry, and bags. Live music by local artists and all-day art demonstrations, including glassblowing and blacksmithing, will also be featured. Food will be available from the popular Inches Taco Food Truck, and Riverlands Brewery will provide a selection of handcrafted beers.
• Todd Willing, 138 N. 11th Ave.
Sculpture artist Todd Willing invites you into his studio, where you will find an amazing array of unique welded steel sculptures in various sizes, suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces. You will also see a range of vibrant and colorful oil and acrylic paintings.
• Jan Schmuckal Fine Art, 4N510 Old Quarry Road
Jan Schmuckal is an oil painter. At her home studio, you will find small framed original art, prints, cards and other items and get to see a working artist’s home studio. Schumuckal and her four-legged studio assistant, Watson, will be waiting to say hello.
• Jim Reedy, 1425 S. Sixth St.
Jim Reedy is a wood crafter whose pieces are comprised of various species of wood, metal, glass, and natural fibers. Each work is unique. Some items feature aspects of places Reedy has visited, while others draw inspiration from past design styles, such as Art Deco and Prairie style. When you visit Reedy’s space, you will be inspired by the wonderful pieces of art.
• The ARC Gallery, 121 N. Second St., Suite H
The St. Charles Arts Council hosts juried-themed exhibits throughout the year, providing local artists with a professional, supportive environment to exhibit and sell their work. The 2026 Member Show will be on exhibit during the ramble.
Geneva
