Palatine fire station closing for renovations

Palatine Fire Department Station 85, 39 E Colfax St., will be closed for approximately three months beginning this week to undergo renovations.

All vehicles and personnel assigned to Station 85 will be temporarily relocated to other stations throughout the village to maintain full operational coverage, official said.

Station 85 will not be staffed during the closure and the public will be unable to stop by or call the station directly. For assistance, contact Fire Department Headquarters at Station 82, 1475 N. Hicks Road, at (847) 202-6340.
