Palatine gives tattoo studio OK to expand

A Palatine tattoo studio seems to have made its mark on the village.

The Palatine village council amended the special use for White Eagle Tattoo at 574 W. Colfax St. The change allows the business to modify its floor plan and business plan and add up to four more artists.

Village officials said the business has operated without issues since its original approval in June 2024.

“I know there was a little modest trepidation that we had approving this, and I’m really glad to hear that it all is working out and it is a successful business,” council member Doug Myslinski said.
