Exhibition of oil paintings opens at Des Plaines library

A selection of artist Bill Pagan’s oil paintings are on display through May at the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood St.

The exhibition is on the third floor. Admission is free and open during regular library hours.
