St. John’s School in Elgin hosts STEM Day
St. John’s Lutheran School in Elgin is hosting a morning of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) projects on Saturday, April 18.
It will be 9 to 10 a.m. at the school, 109 N. Spring St. in downtown Elgin. There will be a variety of STEM activities for kids to engage in.
This day they will gain some engineering experience, learn a little bit of science, and most importantly have fun. This event is for children ages 3 to 6 years old.
Each child must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or someone over the age of 21. This event is open to the public and there is no cost for this event. Come and enjoy hands-on learning made fun.
