Chills aside, hundreds join Easter egg hunt in Sleepy Hollow
Hundreds of people braved the cold, wet, and windy conditions Saturday at the Sleepy Hollow Service Club Easter egg hunt.
Bundled-up groups of children separated by age categories scrambled through Sabatino Park grabbing eggs filled with goodies. They scampered quickly to scoop up the next color of plastic eggs.
The egg hunt also catered to children with special needs, ensuring that everyone had a chance to participate.
The Easter Bunny made a guest appearance posing for photos with children and families.
