Diverse programs offered at Indian Trails Public Library in Wheeling
Wheeling’s Indian Trails Public Library offers programs for writers, gardeners and crafters next week — just to name a few.
People who like to knit, crochet embroider or cross stitch are invited to the library Monday, April 6, for a group crafting session.
The get-together, for adults 18 and older, is scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Cook Room at the library, 355 Schoenbeck Road. Participants should bring their own supplies. Register Registration at indiantrails.libnet.info/event/15477668 is required.
Later that day, garden coach Mark Lyons will talk about creating gardens for bees and other pollinators. The hourlong session for adults is set for 7 p.m. in the Lake Room.

Kids can learn how to draw bulldogs during an instructional program scheduled for noon Tuesday. April 7, in the Launch Pad. The session is designed for ages 7-14; adults must accompany anyone 8 or younger.

Author Ginnie Foley will lead a writing workshop on Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:45 p.m. in the Lake Room. The monthly program is open to anyone 18 or older. Registration isn’t required for this program.
