Join hunt for 4,000 Easter eggs at Aurora church April 4

Redeemer Community Church in Aurora will host an outdoor Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 4.

Featuring 4,000 eggs and prizes, the annual event will take place at 10:30 a.m. on the church lawn north of the building, 905 N. Edgelawn Drive. The public is invited. Admission and parking are free.

Children will be sent out on the lawn by age groups before a concluding all-ages egg scramble. Pastor Matt Mull emcees the event.

In addition to filled eggs, prizes will include basketballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, $10 restaurant gift cards, fun-shaped kites, bubble sets, craft kits, sidewalk chalk, children's bibles and story books and indoor/outdoor games.

Redeemer will hold Easter Sunday worship on April 5 at 9 and 11 a.m. Between services, a fellowship time will be held from 10:15 to 11 a.m.
