Four people hospitalized after three-vehicle crash in Batavia
Four people were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in Batavia, officials said.
A Tesla sedan was traveling south on Randall Road around 4:20 p.m. when the driver attempted to turn east onto McKee Street in front of a Dodge pickup truck traveling north on Randall. A Nissan SUV also was involved in the crash, according to a news release from the Batavia Police Department.
The two women in the Tesla and the man driving the Dodge pickup, and the occupant of the Nissan SUV all were taken to the hospital. The Tesla passenger had life-threatening injuries; all other injuries do not appear to be life-threatening, the release stated.
No other information was immediately available late Wednesday. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should call police at (630) 454-2500.
