Competing missions

Melania Trump said her mission as first lady is “Children” … and as such she presided and addressed the U.N. Security Council on the subject of “Children in Crisis.” How ironic. Just two days earlier, a school was bombed, as “collateral damage,” in the war on Iran, killing at least 165 children.

In his briefing to Congress (on Day 3 of the war) Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the administration and “Department of War” had “exquisite intelligence” that showed we would be attacked if we didn't attack first.” If our intelligence was so “exquisite,” how was it that a school was bombed?
