Aurora’s Paramount Theatre announces new shows
Cedric the Entertainer, the Second City and actor David Arquette are among the recently announced headliners scheduled to perform at Aurora’s Paramount Theatre in the coming months.

Actor/comedian and game show host Cedric the Entertainer performs on Aug. 8. He’s followed on Aug. 9 by the Happy Together tour featuring 1960s and 1970s pop favorites The Association, The Troggs, Gary Puckett, The Cowsills and others.
“Menopause the Musical” plays the theater on Oct. 17. On Oct. 24, David Arquette hosts “Behind the Scream,” a screening commemorating the 30th anniversary of Wes Craven’s groundbreaking 1996 slasher film “Scream,” followed by a Q&A with Arquette.
Meanwhile, at the intimate Copley Theatre at 8 E. Galena Blvd., Aurora, The Second City touring company returns with its new revue “Laughing for all the Wrong Reasons.” It runs May 28 through June 20.
