Arlington Heights man charged with sexually assaulting teenage girl last summer
An 18-year-old Arlington Heights man is accused of plying a 16-year-old girl with alcohol and sexually assaulting her at his home last summer.
According to Cook County court records, 18-year-old Emir Dzholdoshov of the 3000 block of North Heritage Lane is charged with criminal sexual assault of a victim unable to understand or give consent.
Authorities said the 16-year-old told them she arrived at Dzholdoshov’s home at about 8 p.m. July 4, 2025, and began drinking shots of alcohol with Dzholdoshov.
Police said Dzholdoshov shot videos of the girl “in increasingly degraded states of drunkenness,” culminating with the girl vomiting into a bucket.
The girl’s parents ultimately tracked her phone to Dzholdoshov’s house where they found her drunk, with her shorts unbuttoned and bikini bottoms showing, according to arrest reports.
Her parents took her to Advocate Lutheran Medical Center in Park Ridge where a sexual assault evidence kit was completed, authorities say. That ultimately resulted male DNA evidence recovered, though it couldn’t be directly linked to a specific person, officials said.
However, police said Dzholdoshov admitted he knew the girl was too drunk to consent to his sexual advances and admitted to touching her inappropriately.
His next court appearance is scheduled for April 10.
