Is Hammond right for the Bears?

One of the concerns about the Hammond, Indiana, site is what are they are going to do about the smells that come from the The Whiting Refinery? There have been numerous complaints from Hammond residences throughout the years. The domed stadium may help, but the tailgaters may not appreciate it.

Most of their fan base will be coming from the Chicago area. The corridor from Illinois to Indiana has heavy traffic now, with many coming from Indiana to work in Illinois for higher wages. That will only become more congested. How is Indiana going to handle that?

I don't see those coming from Indiana to work in Illinois will decide to take a lower paying job at the stadium.
