Arbor House luxury apartments in Arlington Heights now preleasing units
Arbor House, a new luxury apartment community in Arlington Heights, has begun preleasing units.
Bradford Allen, a commercial real estate development and advisory firm, developed the 301-unit community as anchor for the 18-acre, mixed-use district known as Arlington Gateway, with first move-ins scheduled for April.
Located at 25 E. Algonquin Road, the eight-story community features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, with monthly rents starting at $1,895 and 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
“We’re in the business of place, and Arbor House reflects our commitment to creating a place where residents can thrive,” said Brian Carley, senior vice president of development at Bradford Allen. “The community’s resort-style amenities, diverse floor plans and competitive price points differentiate Arbor House in the suburban rental market.”
Arbor House has 17,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor shared spaces. Amenities include:
• An outdoor pool with skyline views, spa, terrace with fire pits, grills and social seating areas.
• A resident lounge with golf simulator, game tables, televisions and soft seating.
• Coworking spaces on the first and fourth floors.
• An expansive fitness center equipped for individual strength and cardio routines.
• Convenient concierge and package services.
• Pet-friendly facilities including an on-site dog run and washing station.
• Covered parking and storage available for an additional fee.
• Quartz countertops and in-unit laundry.
The Arlington Gateway project, located at the intersection of Algonquin and Arlington Heights roads, reimagines the southeast entrance to the village as a sustainable, all-in-one community that will bring living, working and socializing together in a central locale. The integrated concept includes a full renovation of the former Daily Herald building, now branded as Arlington Med, a 150,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art wellness center.
“This project represents a significant investment in the southern gateway of Arlington Heights,” Carley said. “We’re thrilled to begin welcoming our first residents and contributing meaningfully to the neighborhood’s growth.”
