Early voting available at Des Plaines Public Library, not city hall

While Des Plaines City Hall will serve as a polling place March 17 for Illinois’ primary election, it is not an early voting location, officials are reminding voters.

Des Plaines’ early-voting location is the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood St.

Cook County residents can vote early at any early-voting site.

The library is open for early voting Mondays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The library is open from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
