Hoffman Estates’ February water bills delayed by billing system switch

February water bills in Hoffman Estates were processed Feb. 14 following a delay caused by a changeover in billing systems.

E-mailed bills have been sent to utility customers enrolled in paperless billing, and paper bills delivered by the U.S. Postal Service are in the mail.

The due date for the February 2026 water bills will not be extended, however late charges for February billing will not be issued.

For customers who set up automatic payments, the February payment is scheduled to be processed on Feb. 20. Utility bill balances can be viewed and paid anytime online at hoffmanestates.org/payments with the account number, by calling (847) 843-4824 or e-mailing utilitybilling@vohe.org.
